Below are PDF links for new member, green power program and automatic withdrawl forms. A letter of credit from a previous or existing utility supplier, or a $250.00 deposit is also required at time of application for membership. Applicants can fill out the new member and ACH applications at the links below and print for submission to Morgan County REA, or submit the Online Residential Service Application. Both types of membership require a $5.00 membership fee.
